Section 1- Website Information
Section 1- Web Site
Angel Wings is a flying community that consists of different members. Some may be old and some may be young but they all must follow and keep in mind the Terms. All members registered or un-registered have the choice to choose to fly with us or not. This community does not force anyone to join ever. Everyone has a say in what they do and what they say will be listened to and respected on the highest level.
Section 1.2- Web Site Hacking
If any member registered or not they do NOT have permission to come onto the web site to edit or change anything! Only the Board Members have the power to edit the web site. That will be enforced at all times. There are to be NO complaints or threats made towards our community over this rule. This is made for the good of all members and to keep balance within the community. If anyone from another server or even our own community decides to hack the web site they WILL be banned by the order of the CEO for an unlimited amount of time until the CEO feels that they may return.
Section 1.3- Web Site Addons
If any member of Anger Wings has offered their time and skill to put an addon or repaint of an aircraft or any other item it would be greately appreciated. Once the addon has been posted it is considered property of Angel Wings. It is not to be removed unless the member is on PERMANENT LEAVE only! They my NOT complain over an addon because they feel that it was theirs and they should have it back. Once it is given we accept it as a gift from you to us. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! No one is to take legal action towards this under any circumstance. You will be agreeing shortly that you can not sue or threaten our community.
Section 2- Registration Information
Section 2.1- Registration
As I'm sure you all know you must register with us to become a member of our community. To do this you must agree to all of the Terms. If you do Not agree with the Terms than please do not bother to read the rest of this page for you must Accept the Terms.The following sections will explain the Mandatory requirments to apply.
Section 2.2- Age
In order to apply for registration you MUST be 13 or older to join us. If you lie on the application you will be asked simply to wait until you are old enough. No legal action is to be taken into your own hands we are a community and are not here to fight in courts over silly things.
Section 2.3- Active Duty
In order to remain with us after you are registered is that you fly with us at least once a month. You are allowed to be a member of more than one group while with us that is completely your choice. Just one flight is all we need to keep you down as active. If you are not active once in a month you will recieve an email asking you nicely to have just one flight within ten days and you will be automtically restored to active status. The flight can be short or long as long as you have fun that is all we care about.
Section 3- Compaints, Comments, Questions
Section 3.1- Complaints
If there are any complaints about any members including Board Members please send the email to the community email account and an admin will check it and will send a reply to you either by email or on TS. The email is angelswingsvirtual@yahoo.com
Section 4- Rules and Rights
Section 4.1- Bans and Kicks
If any member decides to come onto our server and use vulgar language or disrespect any members especially the members of the board they will be kicked or banned by a Server Admin during that time period. Only the High Ranking Server Admins will decide how long a ban will last. All of our decisions will have a reason and if any member that is kicked may request a reason. We will be more than glad to email you the part of the terms that you have violated. NO LEGAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN TOWARDS US BECAUSE YOU FEEL THAT YOU WERE TREATED UNFAIRLY!!
Section 4.2- Threats
Any and all threats between members will result in a ban by on of the Server Admins. A ban is as high as we will go towards handling a situation. No members registered with our community can decide to sue us or take any other kind of legal action taowrds us while with us or without us in the future. Any members from another VA or flying group may take not legal action towards us either registered or not. This community is for fun and if we wanted to pursue others in a court of law than we would not be a flying group.
Section 5- Legal Action Information
Section 5- Legal Action
No member of our community has the right to sue us for anything that they feel is neccesary. By agreeing to the terms that you have read you must also agree that you will not take any legal action towards our community. If you agree to not take action towards us than feel free to register with us and have as much fun as you can. The terms are straight foward. If you choose to give anything to us such as ideas, new members, advertisment,ect we take these as gifts towards our community. Once you have given a "gift" you can't ask for it back since it is then considered property of Angel's Wings. No member may take any type of action towards us for revokations or disagreements after the gift has been given. If any member would like something in return they will recieve it but whatever they recieved may be taken away if we get complaints or we feel it is neccessary. This includes if you were given a time limit for whatever you offered to actually take effect and is seen in our community. Another thing that will be stressed is that if anyone that has left our community to make their own that is fine. If any former members begins to harrass any of our members or lie to someone else that we have a new TS in order to "steal" our members than I will worn the people who try to pull this off. IF YOU TRY THIS WE WILL FIND YOU AND OUR COMMUNITY WILL BAN YOU AND WE WILL CONSIDER TAKING LEGAL ACTION IF IT IS NECCESSARY!! Keep that in mind all people that try to take us down. YOU WILL LOSE THAT BATTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By coming onto our website or TS you are now agreeing to the terms stated above and below this sentence.
Section 6- Ban, Kicks etc...
Section 6.1- Vulagar Language
If any member decides to use constant use of vulgar language than that member will be kicked and or BANNED by a SERVER ADMIN! We understand if you are upset and if you slip a little because you are upset than we will not take it as harassment towards the community. If you use it constantely and another member complains than you will be questioned by the Board and must have a reason why. If their is no reason you will be banned for a time between one month too two months.
Section 6.2- Abuse of Power
If any member that has been granted any rights (CA O SA) and abuses their power they will be stripped of that power immediately if the High Ranking Board Members feel it is neccesary. If any member feels that another member is abusive in their duties please send a complain ASAP to the designated email account for Angel Wings. All message sent through email or discussed with another Board Member is completely private and will only be discussed with yourself, the President, Vice President and the CEO nobody else. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!! Our members should be able to trust all of the High Ranking Board Members. We are here to make your stay with us enjoyable and not a nightmare. Do not feel shy or afraid to come to one of us to talk about an issue. We are always here to help you in any kind of way that we can even if it comes to us having to stretch the power of the Server Administrator. There is one exception towards power abuse however. The high ranking board members do have the right to become abusive if it is ABSOLUTELY neccesary to maintain order and balance in the community.
